Cialis, Viagra’s biggest competitor, is now available in generic form. You can save heaps of cash while getting all the great benefits of generic Cialis (tadalafil).

Unlike Viagra (sildenafil) which requires you to take the pill just a few hours before sex, you can take Cialis once a day and forget all about it. Just pop your pill in the morning, and it’ll be ready when you are. What more could you want? Another great advantage is that food won’t affect how the pill is absorbed. Tadalafil works, whether you’re feasting or starving.

We offer a variety of dosages for tadalafil, so you can find the one that works best for you.

If you’re still on the fence, read up more below on how generic Cialis (tadalafil) works. And if you’d like to know why you should choose Cialis over the other pills, we have some information about that too. Doubting generics? Have no fear, the truth is here!

How to take tadalafil?

• Each package comes with some basic instructions, give these a read in case there’s something that applies to you.
• 10mg and 20mg Tadalafil tablets should be taken on days when you intend to have sex, and are NOT for daily use.
• 2.5mg and 5mg tadalafil tablets can be taken daily, morning time is recommended.
• It normally takes at least half an hour for the pill to start working, so plan accordingly.
• If you are taking tadalafil 5 mg because of an enlarged prostate gland: take one tablet daily. Take the tablet at the same time of day each day.
• We’d recommend trying either a 5mg or 10mg dose, you can adjust up and down depending on your results.

Make the most of your Dose

• Don’t drink grapefruit juice with tadalafil. It reacts with a lot of drugs, and can increase their side effects.
• Generic Cialis (tadalafil) does NOT give you an automatic erection. You need to engage in foreplay to trigger the release of chemicals that will open your blood vessels for an erection to be possible.
• Don’t drink a lot with Cialis. Every man knows how alcohol can impede performance in the bedroom.
• A dose in the morning should be effective for at least 24-36 hours, so DONT double-dose or “re-up” later in the day.
• You should not take tadalafil if you are using any other products or taking any other medicines to treat erectile dysfunction.

What are the possible side effects?

Like most ED pills, Cialis can cause headache and indigestion or nausea. Unique to Cialis (tadalafil) is possible muscle aches and back pain. These side effects tend to scale with dose, so if you try a high dose and experience those symptoms, try a lower dose next time.

Cialis does not have as many severe side effects, such as Viagra’s blurred vision.

If you are taking medicine for high blood pressure, tadalafil can multiply that effect and lower your blood pressure further. You may feel light-headed or woozy if you stand up suddenly. It’s best not to combine these drugs.

If you get an erection which lasts for longer than four hours, or if you get chest pains or a sudden loss of vision, contact a doctor for medical attention straightaway.

If you experience any other symptoms which you think may be due to the tablets, stop taking them and speak with your doctor or pharmacist for further advice.
